We’re looking for a Customer Journey Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about people, storytelling, and creating experiences that resonate. Your mission? To make every step of the customer journey—from "Where do I sign up?" to "I’ll never leave US Mobile!"—a delightful, data-informed masterpiece.
What You’ll Do:
This isn’t your average marketing role. You’ll own the customer experience, weaving creativity and strategy together to ensure every interaction builds trust, loyalty, and excitement. Here’s how:
- Tell Better Stories: Dive into our customers’ journey and craft marketing moments that speak to their needs—whether it’s showing them how to get the most out of their plan or surprising them with a perk they didn’t see coming.
- Know their Wants Before They Do: Use data to uncover what makes our customers tick. Then, create campaigns that feel like they were made just for them. Then, track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Shape Every Click, Tap, and Touch: Collaborate across teams to make sure our emails, texts, notifications, and website speak with one voice—ours. From onboarding tips to upgrade nudges, you’ll ensure every message is useful, personal, and delightful.
- Experiment Fearlessly: Like trying new things? So do we. You’ll run experiments (A/B tests) to figure out what designs, words, or features keep customers engaged, happy, and talking about US Mobile.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Whether it’s simplifying an onboarding process or creating campaigns that solve real pain points, your work will be all about making life easier and more connected for our customers.
Always Be Improving: The telecom world moves fast, and so do we. You’ll keep an ear to the ground for trends and fresh ideas to ensure our marketing stays clear, modern, and exciting.
What You Bring:
- EA hunger for understanding customers and telling stories that matter.
- 2-5 years of experience in a creative or data-led marketing role—bonus points if it was in customer-focused industries or telecom.
- Comfort working with numbers and tools but, more importantly, a knack for turning insights into action.
- A way with words and an eye for design—you care about how a message looks, feels, and resonates.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where everyone's ideas matter.
