As a Social Media & Content Manager, you will design and produce content that makes our brand visible and engages our target audience.
Your tasks
- Content Creation: You develop creative, target group-oriented content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok - from posts to stories to reels.
- Editorial & Storytelling: You write clear, understandable and appealing texts for various channels: social media, newsletters, websites, customer cases and much more
- Social media management: You plan and publish posts, build our community, and analyze performance.
- Blog & SEO: You will manage the content and editorial aspects of our blog posts, develop search engine optimized topic formats, and ensure that our content remains visible in the long term.
- Trend monitoring: You observe trends, developments, and discussions among our target groups (doctors, dentists, practice staff, etc.) and derive creative content ideas from them.
This is what you bring with you
- Social media skills : You have a high degree of creativity and extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms – you never miss a viral trend or algorithm update. You can independently script, shoot, and edit videos.
- Communication and target audience understanding: You have a good understanding of text and are able to present even complex content in a clear and understandable way. You can quickly understand new target groups and communicate accordingly.
- Hands-on mentality & drive: You have a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously. You work in a structured manner, independently, and actively contribute ideas to the team.
- Language skills: You speak German at C2 level and English at B2-C1 level.
- Nice-to-have: You have 2-4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or communications – ideally in a startup, agency, or digital healthcare environment. You have already worked with KPIs and are accustomed to working in an agile environment.
