SEO Content Manager

You’ll be involved in the full SEO process and have the freedom to grow in the direction that suits you best, whether that’s content strategy, SEO, or performance marketing. Your day-to-day:
- Write SEO blog posts and landing pages based on the content calendar.
- Edit and optimize existing content for rankings and conversions.
- Create SEO briefs and manage freelance writers.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on results.
- Maintain consistent tone, voice, and structure across content.
- Work with the SEO lead to align content with keyword and product priorities.
Your skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing or management.
- Strong sense of ownership over content processes, from brief to publish.
- Experience editing other writers’ work.
- Hands-on experience with tools like SurferSEO or similar content optimization platforms.
- Understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking principles.
- Excellent written English, with strong attention to tone, clarity, and structure.
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with core SEO tools such as Ahrefs and GSC.
- Experience working with Wordpress or other CMS platforms.
- Comfortable analyzing performance with GA4 or similar tools.
- Previous work in fast-paced startup or cross-functional environments.
Salary:
- Gross salary:Â 2300 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
