[What will you do?]
- Lead part time content team: Oversee and guide the team to ensure content is executed according to the plan.
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and drive sales.
- Create and produce engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage and coordinate the content production team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics on social media channels and develop content strategies that are appropriate for each period.
- Plan detailed seeding strategies for each marketing campaign.
- Managing social media part time team.
[Who are we looking for?]
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Passionate about the communications industry, creative, and interested in brand building and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to write content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Basic skills in using applications like Capcut and Canva.
- Proactively monitor work progress, thoroughly understand product information, and program materials.
- Continuously update content trends and marketing trends on social media platforms.
- Work seriously, be ambitious, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Experience in the education sector is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
