[Main duties]
- Qanda's main customers are teenagers and college students. We are reaching out to customers through various channels so that students can find the most effective learning tools and teachers when they need them. We plan creative and trendy marketing strategies to capture the eyes and hearts of Gen-Z, focusing on Qanda tutoring and new services (1:1/1:N tutoring) .
- We plan and produce content concepts targeting students and parents (video/image advertising materials, landing pages, etc.)
- We plan and operate student supporters so that they can directly experience Qanda services and produce viral content.
- We plan and operate new landing services that reflect customer needs and seasonal issues, and derive insights through performance measurement. (Summer vacation campaign growth marketing)

- Those who are well-versed in marketing trends for Gen-Z users, such as university students/on leave of absence, and who can work full-time during their employment period
- Those who have experience in planning and producing content (related projects, external activities, internships, etc.)
