The Growth Manager will join the Core Business organization that leads the growth of QANDA's core apps. Rather than following a set strategy, we will define and execute the experiments that we need now. We are looking for someone who will develop a sense for products and users, and create products that have a positive impact on the world through the process of rapidly experimenting and achieving results.
What do you do?
- User research and experiment design for country-specific go-to-market strategy implementation
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Setting Keywords, Improving Creatives, Measuring Performance
- Planning and operating viral/referral marketing campaigns
- Planning and executing on/offline marketing targeting users when launching new features
- Experiments and analysis of results to improve user behavior and retention by country
- Work closely with product teams to connect marketing ideas to product growth
I'm looking for someone like this.
- 2+ years of experience in app-based marketing (Growth, ASO, viral, content, performance marketing, etc.)
- Experience in operating marketing campaigns or content targeting global audiences
- Someone who enjoys learning and trying things without losing curiosity even in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with performance metrics (CAC, Retention, Conversion, etc.)
- Someone who can write simple English communication/documentation targeting global users
