Main tasks
- We establish and directly implement a growth strategy and key indicator system to drive the global growth of QANDA, an integrated AI education platform.
- We plan and operate Go-to-Market strategies and execution directions by reflecting the market structure and user behavior characteristics of each major country.
- Interpret marketing performance from a sales contribution perspective, flexibly adjust strategies, and drive the next execution.
- Lead team execution by clearly structuring priorities and execution goals.
- We work closely with relevant organizations such as Product/Development to ensure that marketing leads to real functional improvements and conversions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing and directly executing marketing or growth strategies in a B2C app or similar service
- Experience in designing and operating execution strategies based on an understanding of key indicators such as MAU, Retention, CAC, and ARPU
- Experience in proactively participating in all core marketing executions including content, channels, creatives, ASO, and viral marketing
Preferential treatment
- Experience in establishing and executing GTM strategies that reflect user characteristics by country
- Interest in new technology trends such as GenAI and experience in applying them to marketing
- Experience in marketing to global audiences or English-based communication skills
