Your Mission

As a Senior Designer, your mission is to lead the project-driven side of our in-house Creative Studio. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of Frontify’s brand expression through high-impact campaigns, editorial platforms, events, and more. You’ll guide a talented team through ideation and execution, setting the standard for craft, clarity, and ambition. You’ll help us push our brand beyond what’s expected, taking recent progress in positioning, identity, and communication, and turning it into work that resonates deeply with our audiences.

This is a role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, earns trust through quality and intent, and is excited to influence not only how our brand looks and feels, but how it’s built from the inside out.

Your Responsibilities

• • You’ll act as a senior voice in the Creative Studio, leading by example and supporting a culture of creative excellence.
  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, and brand to align creative strategy with business goals.
  • You’ll mentor and guide team members, pushing for both consistency and rule-breaking creativity where it matters.
  • You’ll own and drive high-impact campaigns that turn heads and spark conversation. 
  • You’ll bring a strong point of view on design, motion, and storytelling—and know when to roll up your sleeves or when to guide others.
  • You’ll represent the studio in cross-functional and strategic conversations, bringing creative clarity to complex or ambiguous challenges

Your Story

• • You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London or St. Gallen office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
  • You are creative to the core and have been part of crafting and strengthening outstanding visual identities for beloved brands, or, in other words, have around 8 years of experience in the creative field.
  • You have a strong creative pedigree, with a portfolio that reflects big ideas, standout campaigns, and high craft. 
  • You’re skilled in design and motion, and understand how to bring a brand to life across channels. 
  • You’ve worked with exciting brands, whether on the agency side or fast-moving in-house teams.
  • You’re a builder and a challenger. You’re comfortable bringing order but never afraid to break the rules.
  • You’re a systems thinker who also values intuition and experimentation.
  • You have proven ability to lead and influence, without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.
  • You’re motivated, curious, proactive, and eager to have a presence on the ground with the team.
  • Your written, verbal, and visual communication skills are clear and effective. You speak English fluently.
