About the role

As a key member of the Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and awareness. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build and scale our efforts, with a focus on Ramp’s webinar program. This high-impact role requires data-driven thinking, hands-on project management, and collaboration across functions to drive Ramp's growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and iterate upon Ramp’s field strategy to drive net new sales leads, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen our customer relationships

  • Manage all aspects of webinar production, from event ideation, speaker outreach, design briefs, promotion planning, technical production, and post-event follow-up

  • Support Field & Events team in executing 1:1 and 1:few executive events (i.e. dinners, roundtables, regional roadshows)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and test messaging, promotion, deliverables, and tactics that align with program goals

  • Track lead flow to ensure Sales follow-up with event attendees and enable a holistic post-event nurture sequence. Deliver data reporting and post-event learnings to the Sales, Demand Gen, and Leadership teams to increase awareness and impact of the program

  • Budget management for paid promotion-sponsored virtual events and outsourced content development (social cutdowns + external blog articles) for webinars

  • Own lead generation and pipeline targets

 

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years experience in virtual event marketing aimed at accelerating sales pipeline for tech or SaaS organizations

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments

  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations in ambiguous situations

  • Business acumen with a focus on quantitative goals

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

     

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Splash or Livestorm.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
